  • I love printing as much as I love planning for printing.

In my years of experience as a Typographic designer, photographer, print supervisor and art director (So you recognize I have seen an issue or two) there’s a phrase haunting me and making me question all the things I learned.

“There isn’t any future in printing design”

I can perceive how those individuals came to that conclusion… it is the net advertising business.

I have to put my opinion on the opposite facet of the table.

I sincerely don’t suppose that a printed ad and also the impression it creates may be outmatched by a web add

The Web may be a medium that has the most important reach vary of all the mediums accessible. But this advantage may be a disadvantage against something that is printed. The net is meant to succeed in, not to gain trust. Computers and their issues may be really sophisticated typically and their scams also are known to the general public.

The buyer, in order to shop for, must feel safe; therefore the ad should gain their trust as much because it has to build an effect. Yet, we all know that there’s invariably a risk when you first meet somebody, even larger when you pay that someone for a product.

In different words you need to meet in the flesh and if that won’t possible, learn as much as possible regarding them.

So, this thought makes us question what proportion we are able to know about a product or a business through a website.

You can see if the location is beautiful, you can see if it is usable and normally in which characteristics the owner has put his religion in.

‘I don’t know what happened to me; I am feeling so crazy!’

‘I wish you could be here to enjoy this occasion with me!’

‘I just can’t stand his face anywhere near me!’

These are the examples of sentences we utter when we are going through an ‘emotional phase’. Emotions are the psycho-physiological states one gets to experience each day. It is not possible for one to going a day without feeling an emotion. To be more explicit, emotions are the forces that drive a man to action by empowering him with specific motives. In other words, emotions are the result of motives, the forces that push one toward something and vice versa. It is however possible to experience an emotion and suppress it by not acting it out. It happens when a man feels so angry on something but does not behave in an angry way and hide his emotion.

Emotions carry with them enormous power to disillusion one’s rational thoughts. It is strange, but true, that man often commit serious blunders in anger or any other severe emotional state. Crimes are mostly the results of severe angry states or a condition when a man feels ‘out of control’. These feelings are prompted by an emotion known as aggression. It is helpful to categorize aggression into two types; one is expressed and the other is suppressed. The aggression that is expressed is seen in the behavior such as a man slapping someone’s face or hitting with a blow. Suppressed aggression, on the other hand, can be manifested in several instances in which a person avenges on someone after taking grudges in his heart for a long time.

‘You may never know what results come of your action, but if you do nothing there will be no result.

    -Mahatma Gandhi

Personal development always helps organizational development. As every individual behavior adds to the organizational behavior, desire of personal development of every individual also adds to the overall development of the organization. We cannot solve today’s problems with yesterday’s solutions. Solutions are the result of individual thoughts and actions. If every individual develop their creative thinking skills through personal development, that organization will flourish consistently. If you have new targets to enhance the business turnover of the company, then you have to develop your team to achieve your goals.
